Growth is what moves us forward, and process is the vehicle that keeps propelling us forward. The process is often the red-headed stepchild of most growth efforts, as we strive to be successful and take every opportunity.

While we often believe we can figure things out as we go, it's important to remember that a consistent approach isn't just about survival for profit, it's about building a secure future. What happens when a lack of process leads to an issue? Can you count on those jobs next year, or to give you more business if you haven't lived up to your brand? The strength of a brand is directly connected to its processes, providing a reassuring foundation for future growth.

When your business gains word of mouth, it's a testament to your brand's success. It's a combination of great pictures, great staff, and a process that minimizes headaches for picture day, getting images back to parents, and delivering successfully every time. This is something to be proud of.

To 'rinse and repeat', a term that signifies the need for continuous improvement, follow these steps. Put it on paper (real or virtual), just having it in your head or the one or two people who flew by the seat of their pants isn't good enough. Use your software to its fullest potential; don't pay for something that you don't get the most out of. Take time to review your process. It worked when you had two schools or three leagues, but can it hold up with five more? Does it account for new asks and deliverables? Can your new hires or contracted staff understand it? How about customer service, and is someone trained to be able to handle the influx of calls/emails that will happen, and do they have the proper documents and processes to handle those inquiries and escalations?

All of this to say, if this blog leaves you pondering if your process is working, and you need help not just building/improving, but implementing. Let's chat -> thestudiopack.com
