I actually got my start in the restaurant industry, where I learned the ropes of managing operations, customer service, and the importance of efficiency. It was an exciting journey, but I found my true calling when I was picked up by some SaaS founders (eating lunch) who recognized my skills in streamlining processes and hard work. With over 8 years of experience on the software side of the photography world, I’ve seen firsthand the hurdles photographers face. I know how much you’d prefer to spend your time capturing beautiful moments rather than getting tangled in the challenges of running a business.
